Deposition of Husayn Muʻin al-Raʻaya, 1906
‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma gave permission with conditions to Husayn Muʻin al-Raʻaya about managing the properties of the late Vakil al-Dawlah, which are owned by Umm al-Khaqan. The deposition mentions this permission can be revoked anytime by Farmanfarma. In addition, Husayn Muʻin al-Raʻaya cannot transfer the ownership of these properties to any foreigners.

Divorce affidavit, 1851
The document reads: "It has been asked that those faithful and righteous people who are knowledgeable and benevolent testify that on September 6, 1851, I was present at Mirza ʻAbd al-Javad's house and Sara, known as Kuchak Khanum, the daughter of Mulla ʻAbd Allah Jadid al-Islam, was also present and transferred all of her mahr, which was 60 tumans and 20 misqal gold, to me and I divorced her instead and left the divorce contract by Mirza ʻAbd al-Javad." Affidavit, 1895
Affidavit of a few religious scholars confirming the right of Muhammad Husayn, known as Aqa Pasha son of Haj Habib, to receive half of Mahi Khanum's assets, which he did not receive even after filing a case with the government. Four men, named Muhammad son of ʻAli, Amin al-Raʻaya Muhammad al-Musavi, Mirza ʻAli Hakim [the physician], and Malik al-Tujjar, have sealed the affidavit.

Deposition about recording a marriage, 1910
Sayyid Ahmad A‘mi [the blind] from Kazirun, son of Mirza Kuchak from Kazirun, testifies about his presence at the marriage ceremony between the late Hajiyah Zivar Sultan, daughter of Haji Muhammad Hasan the merchant, and Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan, in August of 1904. The mahr was one hundred tumans and a volume of the Qur’an. Shaykh Lutf Allah, son of Haj Shaykh ‘Ali Muhammad, was the other witness to the marriage present at the Imam's courthouse.

Raziyah Buluri's testimonial, 1952
Raziyah Buluri Tafrishi is asking for the testimony of those who are aware of a transaction between her and her brother, Muhammad ‘Ali Khan Buluri. She claims that she put up one of her houses on April 30, 1921 to take a loan of six thousand tumans for her brother, who wanted to buy a car after his coffee shop was closed. Since he could not pay back the loan in time, she had to get another loan to pay back the first one. Muhammad ‘Ali Khan Buluri has not given his sister any receipt and has now sold the car and moved away.

Daughter of the late Ahmad’s deposition, 1920
Khanum, daughter of the late Ahmad, gave the power of attorney to her brother, Muhammad Hasan, to settle her share of a property and water usage with Aqa Husayn Khan. Khanum has confirmed the receipt of eighteen tumans for her share in the water usage and property and has no claims on her share.
